How Setbay handles your information
Setbay runs setbay.ae, which matches hotel parking with companies and employees in Dubai. This notice covers the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, company or property, area, email or WhatsApp number, and any detail you add about parking, such as bays, budget, timing, access or office days.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link (for example from a poster or an email).
- How the site is used: pages viewed, buttons and form steps used, and session recordings. Recordings mask everything you type and all text on the page.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and find parking that fits it, or employers that need your bays.
- To report interest from employees to their employer in aggregate. We never pass on an employee’s name or answers unless that person agrees to be introduced.
- To understand which pages and steps work, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores enquiries.
- Resend sends enquiry notifications to the Setbay team.
- PostHog (EU hosting) provides site analytics and session recordings.
- Cal.com handles call bookings when you choose to book one.
- Google Places, People Data Labs, Dubai Pulse and GLEIF suggest company and area names as you type, and confirm company details after you submit. They receive company or place names, websites and areas, not your personal contact details.
WhatsApp and email
If you give us a WhatsApp number or email address, we use it to follow up on your enquiry. Reply “stop” at any time and we will not contact you again.
